Victor and his team of certified personal trainers have experience working with people of all ages, abilities, and goals. From mild stretching and light weight training to challenging cardiovascular and heavy lifting, Victor and his team can provide individualized and results-oriented personal fitness programs for both men and women.
Personal/Small Groups Training
Personal training should be personal. Every client gets a personalized workout plan to based on his or her goal, abilities, and experience level.
Individiual Programs
With a fitness goal suited to your individual needs, a step-by-step plan must be applied in order to accomplish this goal.
Weight Management and Lifestyle Coaching
The main elements involved in maintaining a healthy lifestyle include smart food choices, 6-8 hours of sleep a day, cardiovascular workout, and weight training.
Fitness Evaluations
We use periodic phases and exercise structures to follow through and build upon, for beginners to athletes.
General Dietary Guidelines
You will learn correct exercises, proper form and technique, injury prevention, and general nutritional principles, all in a fun and supportive manner.

ABOUT
I chose to be a trainer because I love working with people and helping them to reach their ultimate fitness goals. I have been in the health and fitness field for over 19 years. I had a great desire to change my physique so I set out to do the ultimate transformation; entering a local bodybuilding contest. After losing 50 pounds I won my weight category and I realized that there were no limits to obtaining any goals that one sets their mind to.

A Passion for Personal Fitness
After working my way through the Canadian national championships in 2015, I realized that bodybuilding had taught me many lessons; not only about my weights and muscles but about life in general, namely, discipline, goal setting and overcoming obstacles.
Today, I still carry my passion for fitness and want to share my experience and knowledge with people who also want to reach their personal fitness goals.
